Welcome to this cosy 52 sqm apartment, perfect for up to 4 travellers. The apartment is nestled within a charming cottage, it boasts two bedrooms, a modern kitchen, and a bright living space. Enjoy the minimalist decor and the convenience of essential amenities, including a washer, dryer, and WiFi for streaming or work.

Step into a bright living area with a comfortable grey sofa and armchair, perfect for unwinding while watching your favourite shows on the wall-mounted TV. Two large cosy blankets are provided for relaxed evenings on the sofa. The open-plan layout flows into a dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with essential appliances such as a toaster, microwave, a programmable electric coffee machine, as well as a manual coffee maker for guests who prefer it. Ground coffee is also provided. Both bedrooms are designed for comfort and feature mattress toppers. The main bedroom offers a king-size bed made up of two single beds joined together, with a king-size duvet and topper. The second bedroom includes two single beds, each with its own single duvet and topper. For added comfort during cooler periods, each bedroom is equipped with an electric oil radiator. The bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. Enjoy a comfortable and well-equipped stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

بي جي آر قضينا أسبوعاً رائعاً. قريب جداً من وسط المدينة، مع وجود أنشطة قريبة (ويمبلي، وسنترال لندن بيغ بن على بعد 24 جنيه استرليني بالتاكسي) وغيرها نوصي بهذا السكن للآخرين مارسيلين
