Welcome to my modern, tastefully decorated studio! Well-connected by public transport, it’s a great base to explore central Madrid. The open-plan space includes a sofa-bed for two, a large smart TV with streaming options, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave). An iron is provided, and laundry needs are covered with a washer and dryer in the basement. The bathroom has fresh towels and toiletries, and the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Welcome to my studio! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio is close to the public transport to visit the center of Madrid. This studio is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has an ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The washing machine and the dryer are in the storage of the -1 floor. This studio is equipated with a comfy sofa bed for two adults. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra clothing: provided free of charge upon request (including towels and bed linen) for stays longer than 10 days.
