Welcome to my apartment! Modern ground-floor apartment in the heart of Madrid’s Usera neighborhood, located very close to several points of interest, in a diverse area with many convenience stores, shopping options, and parks to stroll around. This apartment is comfortably designed. First, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction hob, fridge, oven, coffee maker, and all essential cutlery and utensils. Inside the kitchen, you’ll also find a washing machine for added convenience. From the kitchen, you have access to a small interior patio where the water heater is located. Next, you’ll find the living-dining room, with a dining table and a comfortable sofa. In front of it, there is a SMART TV. The hallway leads to three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed. One of the bedrooms includes ample storage space and a desk, perfect for working or studying comfortably. There is also a small full bathroom with complimentary amenities for the first days of your stay. All beds are prepared with bed linen and towels for immediate use. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This is a temporary rental apartment – not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a mid-term lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After booking, you will receive a contract to sign. Without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without refund. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra clothing: provided free of charge upon request (including towels and bed linen) for stays longer than 10 days.
