This charming area of Vila Nova de Gaia combines the tranquillity of a residential neighbourhood with easy access to some of Porto’s most iconic attractions. Just a short walk away, you can enjoy Jardim do Morro, famous for its panoramic views over the Douro River and Porto’s historic centre, or visit the Monastery of Serra do Pilar, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Gaia Cable Car is also nearby, offering a scenic ride down to Cais de Gaia, where you’ll find the world-renowned Port wine cellars and lively riverside restaurants. Public transport is very convenient in this area. The Jardim do Morro metro station is within walking distance and can connect you directly to Porto’s city centre in just a few minutes. Several bus routes also serve the neighbourhood, and Devesas train station is nearby, offering easy connections to other parts of Portugal.

This stylish 60 m² apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning views, making it an ideal retreat for couples or solo travellers. Located on the 9th floor and easily accessible by lift, it provides a serene and elevated escape. The bright and inviting living area features a cosy sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table, creating a welcoming space to relax or enjoy a meal. Step out onto the balcony to take in the breathtaking views of the surroundings. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. The modern bathroom comes complete with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, providing a hassle-free and refreshing stay. Upstairs, the mezzanine sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep. Ample storage ensures you can unpack and feel right at home. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
