This charming 65m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse cuisine. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a cozy sofa to unwind, a TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From here, you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy a lovely view. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, a washing machine is also available. The first bedroom offers a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, while the second bedroom includes two single beds. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom provides all the essentials for your stay, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience. Free on-street parking is available. However, parking space is not guaranteed. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
