Welcome to my 74 m² house, located on the first floor in Nanterre. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with its 3 bedrooms featuring double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a private courtyard. Ideally situated just 6 minutes from the RER station, it offers a peaceful stay just steps away from Paris.

Welcome! The front door of this 74 m² house opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space. Please note that stairs are required to access the front door as well as inside the house to reach the upper floors. The property is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The living area is furnished with a very comfortable sofa bed for two and a television for your entertainment. The dining area offers a table that can seat up to six guests. You will also enjoy a private courtyard with a table and chairs, perfect for making the most of sunny days. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine). A washing machine is also provided. Upstairs, one bedroom features a double bed (140x200) and the other a sofa bed. All beds are carefully made with high-quality hotel-grade linens. Closets are available for you to store your belongings and feel at home. In the attic, you will find a quiet workspace, ideal for your moments of focus. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. Separate toilets are also available for added convenience. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The house is professionally cleaned between stays. All that’s left for you to do is relax and enjoy!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. As the garden is open, please pay attention to the noise between 9 pm and 9 am.

أماكن إقامة كبيرة وممتعة. نظيفة للغاية. كل ما تحتاجه لإقامة ممتعة. شارع هادئ. دخلنا من بوابة آمنة، ثم فناء صغير.

مراجعة شقة باريس تقع الشقة في موقع مناسب جداً - على بعد دقائق قليلة سيراً على الأقدام من محطة المترو.
