Welcome to our brand new apartment in the Nuevo Nazareth project area in Valencia, a quiet residential zone with an excellent location to explore the city. This cozy apartment features a layout designed to offer greater privacy and comfort. It has a double bed in the main space, separated by a divider/base for more intimacy, and a separate area with another double bed. Additionally, it has a sofa bed, making it ideal for 4 people and able to accommodate up to 6 guests. Please note that none of the spaces have doors to separate them or make them independent. It is located on the ground floor, at street level, which facilitates access. You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, clean towels and sheets, air conditioning-heating, hot water, and 24/7 guest assistance, 7 days a week. It has two televisions, one in the living room and another in the rest area. It also has hot/cold air conditioning units and a full bathroom with all essential items and complimentary toiletries for the first days of your stay. A note about expectations: We like to be honest so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying comfort and convenience. The apartment has no windows, but it has a mechanical ventilation system to keep the air fresh inside. Being at street level, there may be some noise during weekdays. So everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay, parties, loud noise, smoking, and pets are not permitted. The apartment has noise monitors and smoke detectors, and furniture must remain inside the property. Please note that under no circumstances should you use, disturb, or affect the public way, sidewalk, or outdoor areas. Furniture should not be removed from the property or placed outside.
