This charming 140m² house with three bedrooms and a shared pool in Playa Puebla de Farnals is the perfect accommodation for families or friends looking for a relaxing getaway near Valencia and the beach. Spread over four tastefully decorated floors, the house combines comfort and functionality. On the ground floor, you’ll find the garage, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace. On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the third floor, there is a laundry room and a terrace with a barbecue. The bright and cozy living room features a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for enjoying relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For added convenience, the house includes a washing machine and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs. The bathroom provides clean towels and complimentary toiletries, offering everything you need to freshen up after a day at the beach. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of private parking for one car — a real advantage in this popular coastal area. Check-in can be done from 4PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Lost keys 200€ (lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
