The inviting living room features a comfortable sitting area, built-in shelves filled with books, and a cosy fireplace, creating the perfect space to relax, read, and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished terrace where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. This beautiful home features three well-appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to offer a restful retreat. The first and second bedrooms are furnished with comfortable UK double beds, while the third bedroom includes two UK single beds. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a luxurious night's sleep. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner
