Welcome to your perfect getaway! This charming 120m² home is ideally located near many top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a cozy sofa where you can unwind, a TV to enjoy your favorite shows, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Just nearby, a dining area with a spacious table provides the perfect setting for shared meals with your group. Step outside to the terrace, complete with outdoor furniture, and take in the fresh air while relaxing in a peaceful setting. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a full range of cookware and cutlery. The home includes four bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds. Each is fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable stay. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, offering everything you need to refresh and recharge. For your peace of mind, the property is professionally cleaned before each stay. Enjoy your stay and make yourself at home!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

إقامة جديدة جدًا ومُعتنى بها جيدًا. مثالية لـ 5-6 أشخاص. حي هادئ جدًا ومواقف سيارات سهلة. على الرغم من أننا لم نرَ المدير، إلا أنه كان متاحًا دائمًا عبر الهاتف والرسائل النصية لضمان إقامة مثالية لنا.
