The home includes two bedrooms with a UK double bed and a third with a UK single bed, ideal for a restful night's sleep after exploring the city. Step outside to enjoy a private terrace with a table and two chairs, perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Please note that this property does not include a separate living room, but its well-appointed bedrooms and private terrace offer comfortable spaces to relax and unwind. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner
