The property features two bedrooms, comprising a king-sized bed and a double bed, accommodating up to four guests. There is one bathroom fitted with a shower. The apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional London building and comes with an allocated parking space in a private car park. Inside, you'll find a cosy living area furnished with a comfortable sofa and a smart television, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. A separate dining area comfortably seats four, ideal for enjoying meals together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, an air fryer, and a dishwasher, ensuring a seamless and convenient stay. The apartment is decorated in a cheerful and modern style, creating a warm and inviting ambience.

Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
