Welcome to my home! This delightful 150 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. With its vibrant colours and charming decor, this home embraces a breezy, beach-inspired style that sets a cheerful and welcoming tone throughout the space. The living area is warm and inviting, with a homely sitting corner perfect for watching TV or catching up after a day out in the city. Nearby, the dining table offers a lovely setting for shared meals and conversations. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, cooking plate, microwave, essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine and dishwasher are also included for added ease. The home features three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a queen bed, generous storage, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and ample space for belongings, while the third bedroom includes two cozy single beds—great for children or additional guests. A shared bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. This peaceful outdoor area features a spacious lawn, tall pine trees, and a refreshing, unfenced swimming pool—perfect for enjoying sunny days. It’s an inviting space for quiet moments, outdoor fun, or simply soaking up the sun in a calm, natural setting. Outdoor parking is also available inside the property for your convenience. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
