Modern & Stylish House - "Chalet Concept" -> Accommodation located in the commune of La Gaubretière, in the hamlet of La Rocheblin. -> Capacity of up to 6 guests. The house includes: On the ground floor -> A spacious dining area with a fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen (hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle…). Everything you need to cook is provided. A welcome kit is offered, including tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits. -> A living room with a large sofa, a coffee table, a Prouvé armchair. WIFI available. -> Unfortunately, the fireplace cannot be used for safety and maintenance reasons. -> A separate WC. -> A bathroom with a mirror and a hairdryer. A complimentary bathroom kit is provided, including soap, shower gel, and shampoo. -> A large bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a TV, and a dressing area with a washing machine. Enjoy a large overflow bathtub for a moment of relaxation and an elegant Eames chair. Upstairs -> A second bedroom with two double beds (160x200 cm). A desk is available in the room. Outside -> A private, secluded terrace with a garden lounge. -> A gas barbecue and utensils are available for your use. -> A large garden with a spacious lawn area for fun and relaxation! All bed linen, bath towels, and toiletries are included in the price – no extra charges! -> Free parking spaces in front of the house. A key box is available, allowing you to arrive independently. -> Check-in from 5:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. -> Pets are not allowed. -> A deposit will be requested a few days before your arrival, depending on the booking platform.
