Checking in is simple and hassle-free! You'll collect your key from a secure Keynest location nearby. On the day of your arrival, you'll receive a unique collection code and instructions to access the key. The Keynest store has extended hours, making it convenient for you to pick up your key whenever you arrive. Once you have your key, you’ll have easy access to the apartment for a smooth and comfortable start to your stay.

T&C This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
