Sleeping Arrangements: The studio offers flexible sleeping for up to 4 guests with a comfortable king-sized bed and a separate sofa that converts to a double bed upon request.! 😊

Parking Instructions – 12 Clare Terrace 📍 Address: 12 Clare Terrace, Falmouth, TR11 3ES 🚗 Parking Location: Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire studio apartment. Self Check-In: Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in upon arrival using a secure lockbox. Private Entrance: The studio has its own private entrance for your convenience. Parking: One designated parking space is provided for your vehicle. Please follow these instructions carefully: Address: 12 Clare Terrace, Falmouth, TR11 3ES Location: Parking is at the rear of the property along Waterloo Road. Your Space: Please park on the yellow resin driveway, directly in front of the studio door. This ensures our neighbors in the other apartment can access their allocated space.
