Nestled on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs, the property combines stylish decor with all the modern amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. The open-plan living area is thoughtfully furnished with a cozy sofa and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Step onto the private balcony to savour the fresh air and enjoy a serene outdoor moment during your visit. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, featuring essential appliances such as a stove, oven, and microwave. A dishwasher simplifies post-meal cleanup, while the washing machine, drying rack, and ironing equipment provide everything you need for hassle-free laundry. Both bedrooms are designed for your comfort, each offering a queen-sized bed fitted with plush, hotel-quality linens and ample storage space to make you feel at home. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
