It comfortably accommodates two people with its bedroom featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just a 2-minute walk from the metro, this apartment provides a peaceful setting for your stay in Paris. This apartment is available only under a mobility lease.

The living area has a homely, comfortable sofa, while the dining space features a table that comfortably seats up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine for preparing meals. The bedroom boasts a double bed (140x200) with premium hotel-quality linens for comfort. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and bathtub, while the toilet is conveniently separate. A washing machine is also available. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi access throughout your stay. For your safety, the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector. The property is professionally cleaned between stays, ensuring a spotless environment for every guest. All that's left to do is relax and enjoy your time here! Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
