This typical house from the north of France is located rue Antoine Watteau, in Tourcoing. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets (see layout above). Parking is free on the street. You can even enjoy a large garden for sunny days! Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business travelers.

The house is composed as follows: Ground floor: - Large living room with lounge area, dining room and open kitchen (not visible in the photos: dishwasher and washing machine available) - Master suite with bathroom (shower) open to the bedroom - Large garden at the back - Separate WC at entrance level Please note that the staircase leading to the bedroom is typical of our beautiful buildings in Lille: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. 1st floor: - A second bedroom (street side) with double bed and dressing room - A second separate toilet - Bathroom with shower and sink 2nd floor: - A bedroom with single bed and baby bed - One last bedroom (you have to go through the bedroom with a single bed to access it) with a double bed The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The "Faidherbe" tram stop is about ten minutes' walk from the house. The "Vauban" bus station is 5 minutes away on foot; Free street parking, with no time limit.
