Welcome! This elegant 15m² studio, on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs, is situated close to London's main attractions including Oxford Street and Regent's Park. It perfectly combines comfort and style, featuring tasteful furnishings and modern amenities. You'll find a double bed with luxurious linens and a TV to watch your favourite shows. Complimentary tea and instant coffee are provided for your convenience. Indulge in a luxurious bathroom with a rain shower, stunning marble walls, and elegant gold accents. The bathroom also includes all the essentials for a refreshing stay, including fresh towels and toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Kindly note that in-stay cleaning is not included, but it can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the nearby construction works are expected to continue until September/November 2026. Some noise disruption may be expected between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that scent diffusers are placed in the room. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
