The property is close to various attractions like Castelo de São Jorge, good restaurants and shops, and the Lisboa Rossio station is just 3 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my home! Tastefully decorated, this lovely 65 m² apartment is conveniently located near various top attractions, shops, and supermarkets. There are also numerous restaurants in the surrounding areas offering a variety of gastronomic options. Important note: it is on the 2nd floor without a lift (you must climb two flights of stairs to get to the flat's entrance). The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. This space also features a fully equipped kitchenette with essential cookware and cutlery, perfect for whipping up a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available for those who wish to do their laundry. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and a wardrobe, and they come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort and convenience. If you're interested, the paid car park across the road at the Hotel Pessoa is open 24/7. Enjoy your stay! Please note that the baby crib is available upon request only. Also, the flat is situated on the second floor, and the first flight of stairs is somewhat steep. There is no lift in the building.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

الصور الخاصة بالمكان دقيقة. شقة عملية وقريبة من كل شيء. المنزل قديم لذا عزل الصوت ضعيف، يمكن سماع خطوات الجيران، لكن الناس محترمون. ضغط المياه جيد والماء ساخن جداً في الحمام. الأسرة مريحة جداً والمناش

شقة لا تشوبها شائبة، نظيفة جداً، موقع جيد جداً. استغرق الاتصال بمكان الإقامة بعض الوقت، لكنه لم يسبب الكثير من الضرر. سأعود بالتأكيد.
