Welcome to my apartment! This charming 53m2, 2-bedroom apartment in Lisbon is the perfect home away from home for families and friends looking to explore the vibrant city. The property is located on the first floor and accessible by stairs. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large and comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. To prepare delicious meals, the kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a convenient workspace for those who need to catch up on work or study. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
