Welcome to my apartment! This charming 50m² apartment is ideally close to top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living room features a relaxing sofa bed, a widescreen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. There is also a desk with a monitor for connecting your laptop and a piano to explore your musical talents. The oversized windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and utensils you need to prepare meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs. The bedroom is a lovely retreat with a queen-sized bed and a chest of drawers. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided for your comfort. The bathroom includes all the essentials for refreshing yourself, with fresh towels and toiletries provided for convenience. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, which is accessible via the elevator. It is also professionally cleaned to ensure a comfortable stay. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

عقار جميل مع عامل الشعور بالراحة. المكان قريب جداً من محطة المترو مما يجعل السفر سهلاً للغاية. تقع في منطقة هادئة وسكنية، مما يمنحك إقامة هادئة. كما يوفر موقع الشقة إطلالة رائعة على المنطقة المحيطة به
