Welcome to my home! This lovely 1-bedroom house in Melres is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The home boasts a lovely patio with a table and chairs, offering a picturesque view of the river where you can enjoy meals together or relax and take in the tranquil surroundings. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a fireplace, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table. There's also a balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

إنه لمن دواعي سروري دائماً العودة إلى هذه المناظر الطبيعية وهذا السكن، حيث يتوفر لك كل ما تحتاجه لتشعر بأنك في بيتك حقاً. لم ينقص إقامتنا هنا أي شيء، باستثناء الوقت للاستمتاع بها لفترة أطول قليلاً.
