Nice's Port district is a lively, colorful neighborhood located to the west of Vieux-Nice, near the Chateau hill. This picturesque neighborhood is home to the Port of Nice, where you can admire traditional yachts and fishing boats moored. The port of Nice is also a meeting place for locals and tourists alike, with numerous restaurants, bars and cafés offering magnificent sea views. The port district is also famous for its daily fish market, where you can discover freshly caught seafood. The streets bordering the port are dotted with craft stores, art galleries and clothing stores. Nice's port district is lively and animated day and night. It's an ideal place to stroll and discover the local atmosphere, enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants serving Niçoise specialties, or simply sit back and enjoy the sea view.

Welcome to this lovely refurbished studio in the heart of the port of Nice and a 15-minute walk from Promenade des Anglais and beaches! Located on the 5th floor without elevator. Designed by an architect as a hotel suite, you will have a fully equipped accommodation, modern and cocooning and the possibility of visiting Nice on foot!

Ideally located in the dynamic district of the port of Nice, you will find all the comforts you need for your stay on the French Riviera! The apartment is central, close to multiple bars, restaurants and shops. The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. It is composed of a queen size double bed of 160 and a sofa bed of 140, a smart TV, fiber wifi, a bathroom equipped with a shower and a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and coffee machine, toaster, kettle...). Everything is tastefully decorated:) The apartment is air-conditioned. The essentials in the kitchen and the bathroom will also be there so that you can enjoy the accommodation as soon as you arrive.
