Welcome to this cozy apartment close to all amenities.

Whether you're coming for business or pleasure, you'll feel right at home in this beautiful apartment suitable for 4 people. It offers a warm and welcoming space, decorated in pastel colors to create a pleasant, cozy atmosphere. You'll find a spacious living room opening onto the kitchen to reinforce the convivial aspect of the place. You can relax on the sofa while watching TV or taking advantage of the Wifi connection. In the evening, the sofa can be converted into a double bed for a good night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-style cooking (oven, hob, French press coffee maker, etc.). Next comes the sleeping area, with a bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed, and a bathroom with bathtub. An ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing or work! For sunny days, a small balcony is at your disposal :) The apartment is located in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood, close to all amenities. It's also well served by public transport, so you can easily explore the region. For your comfort, everything is included in the cleaning fee, and bed linen and towels are provided. So all you need to do when you arrive is put your luggage down. Arrivals are autonomous. Keys are to be collected from a box close to the accommodation and a stone's throw from Tours station. Don't hesitate to book!

The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator. Free street parking is available. Numerous bus lines serve the apartment (lines 3a, 3b, 11 and 14 are a 3-4-minute walk away). From Tours station, it's a 15-minute walk and a 25-minute walk from St Pierre des Corps station (1.1 and 1.8 km respectively).
