Costa da Caparica is an uninterrupted, seemingly endless 15 km-long stretch of dune-backed sands. It's just half of a 30km-long coastline south of Lisbon and is where everyone from the region goes on a warm and sunny day. Unlike Cascais and Estoril to the west of Lisbon, this is not an international destination with grand hotels. It's mostly frequented by locals in the summer, and there are few places to stay. Along the way, you'll find several bars and restaurants, surf schools, areas for kite and windsurfers, and young people playing sports on the sand.

Welcome to my property! It is located on the 1st floor with a lift. This delightful 95 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals. The bedrooms are elegantly decorated; the first bedroom includes a double bed, and the other two have two single beds, all fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
