The 2nd arrondissement of Paris is also known as the "arrondissement de la Bourse". The headquarters of the famous CAC40 is known for hosting many financial players. The main attractions are all within walking distance from here. You are only a few steps from the Louvre, the Place Vendôme or the Palais des Tuileries and their magnificent gardens. The Montorgueil district, with its pedestrian street, bars, restaurants and shops, is a must to enjoy the evenings in the capital! Looking for a green space to rest or take the sun? I recommend the square Louvois. Numerous exceptional shops, restaurants, bars, brasseries, cafés or small grocery stores in the neighbourhood, on the rue des petits champs or, not far away, on the famous rue Saint Honoré are at your disposal for a unique experience. The area is also an ideal starting point for shopping, only 10 minutes from the Champs Elysées, Avenue Montaigne or Galeries Lafayette.

Welcome to my apartment! Fully furnished, this lovely 25 m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as the Palais Garnier and the Louvre Museum. It is situated on the 5th floor, with an elevator This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for three. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a stove and a microwave. The apartment also has ironing equipment. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note: There are steps to climb before reaching the elevator, which may make access challenging for guests with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.

شقة جميلة . منطقة جيدة ومريحة للغاية، كما أن المضيف متعاون دائماً . كنت هناك لمدة شهرين تقريبًا واستمتعت بها حقًا . سأعود مرة أخرى قريباً .

أحببت الشقة والموقع. شعرت بالأمان في المبنى والحي. كان الموقع مثالياً لكونه على بُعد نصف مبنى من محطة مترو واحدة وبالقرب من العديد من المحطات ومحطات الحافلات الأخرى. أحببت كوني على بعد 10 دقائق سيرا
