Welcome to my home! Tastefully decorated, this lovely 185 m2 house in Celeiros is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony with a magnificent view over the Douro lands. You can also access the patio, where you can find outdoor furniture and a BBQ area. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The four bedrooms feature two queen beds, a double bed, and a single bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. I live in a separate suite in the property and I am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Belle maison très bien équipée au centre d’un petit village. Bien au calme et cependant à 20 minutes de Pinhâo et du Douro. Hôte sympathique et très réactif !
