Welcome! This 400m2 five-bedroom house in Colares is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for a spacious, comfortable vacation home. Please note that to access the house, you must climb stairs. The property is set across three levels, offering ample space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own privacy. The house features a dining room and a living room with comfortable sofas and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, perfect for gathering together for meals or relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. One of the bedrooms features two cosy single beds, ideal for children, while two other bedrooms boast luxurious queen-sized beds for a good night's sleep. The remaining two bedrooms are adorned with lavish king-sized beds, providing a touch of extravagance to your stay. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The 4.5 bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
