Cercal do Alentejo, Setúbal, Portugal The house is located on top of a hill with a unique and beautiful view on both sides. To the west, you can see the hills and mountains of the Alentejo interior in the distance. To the east, there is the coast with its spectacular sunsets. It is a 10-minute walk or a few minutes by car from Cercal do Alentejo, a typical Portuguese village with shops, cafés, and restaurants, where you can do your shopping or go out to eat and enjoy traditional Alentejo dishes if you don't feel like cooking. We have prepared a guide with all our favorite local spots!

Casa Boavista Grande is a recently renovated country villa on the Rota Vicentina, a 400 km network of walking trails along the most picturesque coast of southern Europe. The house is situated on private property in a peaceful location at the top of a hill, yet only a 10-minute walk from the village, with shops, cafes, and restaurants. It is just a 20-minute drive from the coast and the best beaches of Portugal along the Vicentine Coast. Casa Boavista Grande was recently renovated using only local and eco-friendly materials, yet you will still find all the comfort needed to make your holiday truly special and relaxing! The terrace with outdoor seating areas offers a panoramic view on both sides of the hill and a 3-burner Weber gas barbecue. The pool is sanitized with saltwater and is surrounded by a fence for safety reasons.

The villa is located on a private property, with its own entrance and enclosed parking. It is equipped with solar hot water, a reverse osmosis filter for drinking water, air conditioning so you can sleep cool and comfortably at night, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with all amenities. The terrace with outdoor seating areas offers a panoramic view of both sides of the hill and a 3-burner Weber gas barbecue. The pool is sanitized with salt water and is fenced for safety reasons.

You'll have the entire villa to yourself plus a private terrace and private pool, the property is enclosed by a fence. N3 team will welcome you and will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

If you're travelling with small children, we have the possibility to arrange two kids beds (up to 12 years old), two cots and a high chair and anything else you may need! Please note that for safety reasons, only children over the age of 10 or adults are allowed on the mezzanine bed. Our neighbours own a working farm with cows, hens and geese, sometimes the cows are on the pasture next to the house (separated by wall on our side and fence on theirs). You probably won't notice them, they feed and sleep somewhere else. There is the occasional tractor passing by on the road. Country life at its best.
