This lovely two-bedroom house in Fundão is perfect for couples looking to stay in the rural countryside. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Parque Verde, Palácio do Picadeiro), good restaurants and shops, and the Fundao station is just 7 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my house! Located in the lovely Quinta de S. Miguel, this wonderful house is perfect for couples or small families looking to experience living in the countryside. The 'Casa da Alfazema' takes its name as lavender flowerbeds surround it. The homely chalet has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, and one private bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other has a single bed. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The kitchenette is fully equipped with modern conveniences, such as a microwave and a toaster, so feel free to cook a light homemade meal. Aside from the houses, you can enjoy plenty of shared spaces, such as the pool, lawn, shed, etc. Food is not allowed in these shared spaces. However, please feel free to have your meals inside the chalet, on the respective decks, or in the area next to the grill when available. If necessary, you can use the washing machine, located in the antechamber of the outdoor WC by the pool. The large, shared outdoor pool can be used between April and September, from 09:00 to 21:00, when it's nice and warm. Unfortunately, the pool is not open between October to March. It is recommended coming here with your car as we do provide one free parking per chalet. Security circuits with cameras (CCTV) and alarms are in the exterior areas. The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as an outdoor pool, grill, outdoor shed, wooden children's house and playground, vegetable garden, games room (snooker, table football etc.), and garage.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

لقد أحببنا حقاً الشقة (غرف نوم كبيرة وحمام وغرفة مطبخ) ومنطقة المسبح/الحديقة التي كانت جميلة. وكانت غرفة الألعاب جميلة أيضاً. كان المالك مرحباً وودوداً للغاية.
