A 120m2 Touraine house combining old-world charm with attractive decor, all the ingredients are there for you to enjoy a wonderful stay.

This town house is sure to charm you. Parquet flooring and ceiling moldings make this house an ideal setting, full of charm. With family or friends, it's the perfect place for your stay or vacation. On the first floor, you'll find a large living area with comfortable sofas, a large dining table and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. You'll find a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher for your convenience. Tastefully decorated small kitchen opening onto a cosy outdoor space and garden. Garden furniture, outdoor table, parasol and deckchairs are also available. Spread over two floors, the sleeping area is ideally laid out. On the second floor, there's a spacious bedroom with double bed and closet, a bedroom with single bed and cot, and a bathroom. On the second and top floor, there's a children's play area where they can take refuge under the tent. There's also a final bedroom with a double bed, under the roof. Air conditioning is available for added comfort. The house will be completely ready for your arrival. Bed linen and towels are provided, so all you have to do is pack your bags and explore the region!

Easily accessible from major roads (A10, D37, avenue Grammont, boulevard Heurteloup), you'll find it easy to park, as a space is reserved for you in front of the garage. You can also come by public transport, as the house is a 2-minute walk from streetcar and bus stops, and 5 minutes from the train station and Place Jean Jaurès.
