Alcântara is where the Ponte 25 de Abril bridge leaves land to soar over the Tagus. This bridge is the sister to the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, USA. The Alcântara Docks hugging the river, together with the Doca de Santo Amaro, draw weekend and evening crowds to its many restaurants and bars based in former warehouses. On the other side of the highway and train tracks is the rest of this neighborhood, with residential blocks surrounding the new LX Factory. Formerly an industrial site, LX Factory sprung up with artists' studios, quirky shops, cafes, restaurants, and performance space. It's easy to discover new books at Ler Devagar, dine at the Cantina, and shop at the biologic supermarket Brio. A little further away is Alto de Santo Amaro, one of the most beautiful residential areas of Lisbon, with friendly streets and sites easy to discover.

Welcome to my home! Modern and tastefully furnished, this beautiful home is close to many of Lisbon’s top attractions! Designed with open living and dining areas, the home acts as a peaceful retreat after a day out in the city. There’s also a balcony displaying the city’s breathtaking views. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. Please note that oil, salt, and pepper aren’t provided in the kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and the beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There’s also a convertible sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 guests. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

كانت الشقة رائعة. إطلالات مذهلة على كل نافذة، فسيحة ومشرقة ومريحة. تقع خارج وسط المدينة المزدحم، وهي مثالية للاستمتاع بلشبونة ولكنها تحتاج أيضاً إلى الهدوء والسكينة. كانت المرافق 10/10، وخاصةً دُش رائ

إقامة لطيفة وجميلة ولكن سيكون من الأفضل لو وضعت صندوق أقفال بالقرب من الشقة بدلاً من الذهاب إلى المركز لاستلام المفاتيح. ولكن مع ذلك تم تنظيم كل شيء بشكل احترافي للغاية.
