Welcome to my home! Perfectly located in the heart of the city, this charming studio is an ideal base for exploring everything Porto has to offer. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, the studio features a cozy double bed and a comfortable sofa, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere while offering lovely city views. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential cookware, utensils, and cutlery you'll need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your comfort and convenience. For your health and peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. Free street parking is available nearby, subject to availability. We hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy everything Porto has to offer!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay. Simply browse our listings to see more options. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

الشقة لطيفة، وتحتوي على كل ما قد تحتاجه في الرحلة، كما أن هناك خدمة الغرف يوميًا وهي ميزة كبيرة، الشيء الوحيد الذي أوصي به المالك هو وجود نعال سيكون رائعًا لأن الأرضية باردة 🙃
