Located in Avani Palm Views Residences, this amazing and spacious 3-bedroom apartment has a breathtaking view of the Persian Gulf sea and The Palm Jumeirah. It can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably, suitable for families and friends. The apartment is located 15-mins drive from the top 2 waterparks in Dubai and only a 5-minute walk to Palm Jumeirah monorail station.
Space
Welcome! The living room features 2 comfortable sofas and a wide-screen smart TV, a dining table big enough to seat five, and a work desk with a chair. There is a large balcony, furnished with a seating area for guests to enjoy the spectacular views of the Dubai Marina and The Palm. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need alongside a washing machine for laundry purposes. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms. The first one is equipped with a queen-size bed and the second one with 2 single beds. Both rooms are connected to the same balcony. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, a smart TV, 2 armchairs, and floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night's rest. The 3.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire home including the beautiful shared infinity pool (on the 2nd-floor residence side 7 AM - 10 PM) and an indoor health club working 24/7.

Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process. Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our property in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests. Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum. Kindly note that the minimum age for check-in is 18.
