Welcome to my home! This wonderful 137m2 apartment is on the 13th floor with elevator access. The property is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and restaurants in the surrounding areas, and it has multiple gastronomy options. The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony with a fantastic view over the marina. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a king bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. It has access to a balcony, making it a great place to relax and breathe fresh air. The second bedroom has a queen bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. Please note that there is ongoing construction work at a nearby apartment, which may result in some noise during your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality.
