Welcome to my home! The living space is amply furnished with sumptuous sofas and is abundantly bright, with the sun beaming through the oversized windows. The interiors are decked with luxurious decorations, making the space feel ultra-elegant and sophisticated. With an astonishing view, the oversized balcony has a harmonious design and a private pool for you to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an electric stove, an oven, and a coffee machine, to prepare delicious meals. There are four bedrooms delightfully furnished with a delightful king bed. The beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The 4.5 bathrooms contain all the essentials for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The penthouse is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (6 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 40 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.

: The location is top Somewhat outdated, renovation work in the building. The windows were very dirty and could be washed.
