It is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a comfortable sofa seating area, an armchair, and a dining table. Flatscreen TV is connected for all the lazy days in order to catch-up on shows and films. The kitchen is in great condition with all the amenities in place including a dishwasher and washing machine. The first bedroom is splendid, with a king bed and a wardrobe. It has big windows, which make the room well-ventilated. The second is just as well-ventilated, with big windows and a king bed. Comfort is enveloped in both bedrooms, making this your place. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. All rooms and throughout the apartment have blinds that can roll down to block any natural light to come through The two ensuites and guest bathrooms have all the same amenities you'll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
