Welcome to my 24 m² studio on the 2nd floor, with a lift, in Courbevoie. It can comfortably accommodate two people with its double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located aout 10 minutes from the train line L and metro line 1, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the suburbs, near La Défense, while staying connected to Central Paris! Please note that this property is available for a minimum of 30 days, through a mobility lease.

Welcome to this beautiful 24 m² studio, located on the 2nd floor (with a lift). Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay near Paris. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a convertible sofa and a television. The adjoining dining table can seat two people. The sofa bed (queen – 160 x 200) is carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity and made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The open kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: a cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, utensils, and crockery. There is also a washer-dryer for added convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a mirror, and toilets. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
