It comfortably accommodates two people, with a bedroom featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the Parisian suburbs while staying conneted to the city!

Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 38m², located on the 2nd floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa (convertible/non-convertible) and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to ... people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: a hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and crockery. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – 140x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom features a shower, a hair dryer, a towel dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated. The balcony offers a pleasant place to relax, ideal for enjoying sunny days or for a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
