Welcome to my home! This stylish condominium in the newest Dubai Creek Community offers a creek view. It blends chic Baroque aesthetics with tropical touches in a minimalist design. The living room is a highly sunlit and ludicrously spacious area where you can unwind and relax while streaming your favourite TV shows. Enjoy delicious meals over the glass dining table that can fit four. Watch the sunset on the private balcony outside with sun chairs to lounge on. The kitchen is generously well-equipped and capable if you wish to stay in and cook homestyle meals. The spacious and well-appointed bedroom has a palatial queen bed with hotel-quality linens and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a tub for you to soak freely, a sink, a toilet and a mirror; clean towels and toiletries are also provided for your convenience. Cleaning and sanitation will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
