Welcome to my apartment! It is located on the 26th floor with elevator access. Our two-bedroom apartment offers a brand-new, upscale retreat with breathtaking views, excellent connectivity, and proximity to key attractions. Whether you're in Dubai for business or leisure, this unit provides an ideal base for a memorable stay in this dynamic city. The living room features a large sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door leading you onto a spacious furnished terrace with a stunning skyline view. It overlooks the picturesque Dubai Canal, perfect for relaxing. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second has a queen-sized bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool and the gym.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
