Al Jaddaf (or Al Jadaf) located in western Dubai is a part of Bur Dubai, a historically rich community in the emirate located along the Dubai Creek. Literally meaning “The Rower,” the district used to be a dhow building area. The waterfront side of Al Jadaf is still dedicated to shipyards and the construction of a large dhow, which is expected to create a new world record. Strategically located between Dubai Creek and the Business Bay Extension, Al Jaddaf is well-connected to key areas including Downtown Dubai and Business Bay. Main roads and a metro line also run through the area making daily commuting easier for residents. Moreover, Al Jadaf is home to Zabeel Stadium, Mohammed Bin Rashid Library, Latifa Hospital and a range of apartment buildings and hotels. D1 Tower offers stunning views of the Dubai skyline and is within close proximity to the Dubai International Airport. There are a number of attractions nearby including Zabeel Park, Dubai Dolphinarium and Creek Park.

Welcome! A luxury high-rise apartment that's the perfect place for couples or solo travellers in Dubai. Just located on the waterfront of Dubai Creek in the Al Jaddaf neighbourhood, this luxurious studio is located on one of the higher floors up in the D1 Tower, and is just a stone’s throw away from the famous Dubai International Airport (DXB). The stylish Palazzo Versace Dubai is also adjacent to the building, and acts as a local landmark for the area, an ideal place to get the quintessential 'glamour' experience Dubai is well known for. The studio is pleasant and well maintained with a private nook that's dedicated to the queen-sized bed that's tucked in -- a large privacy curtain adds a sense of cosiness that will lull you in a pleasant sleep There is plenty of built-in storage to tidy and hide away all your personal belongings and luggage safely, while the rest of the studio is comprised of a small - but very well-equipped - kitchenette and lounge. You will have an enjoyable time in the kitchenette as it comes stocked with all necessities needed to cook a full meal. These include a microwave, a stove, an oven, a fridge, and a french-press coffee maker. There's a small dining table available that can comfortably serve two. The lounge is where you can stay and relax in, with its large spacious sofa that can be converted into a bed. It has a nice view of the city skyline, a flat-screen TV with Netflix to keep you entertained, and an armchair by the window. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a waterfall head, a large cabinet with mirrors, a sink, a toilet, and toiletries. The room also has towels for you to use. You'll have access to other facilities throughout your stay, and these include free usage of the building's private gym that's shared with other residents. An outdoor and indoor pool for you to enjoy during the heat of the day, and also a private lounge with a city view where you can relax and dine in. Alternatively, if you wish to have an experience of going to the cinema, without travelling far: there's a private movie theatre in the building as well. For all your daily needs or small groceries, an all-day minimarket is also located in the building Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy!

Other information

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
