This newly built one-bedroom apartment comes with views of Dubai Creek and spacious living areas, the apartment is designed with a nautical theme and is furnished with everything you would need for a wonderful stay. The apartment is comprised of an open-plan living area. It has a large sofa, a comfy armchair, and a TV with streaming services built-in for you to enjoy your favourite shows with ease. There's also a private balcony that has two chairs and a table, making it ideal for when you want to dine al fresco-style. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a dining table for 4. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up including fresh towels and free toiletries. The stylish bedroom is well-equipped with a queen-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, and quality bedsheets to ensure you get a good night's sleep. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
