The property is located on the third floor and accessible by lift. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washing machine, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and access to the balcony, providing a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom has a single bed, a desk for catching up on work or study, and a balcony for fresh air. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Additionally, the apartment boasts a convenient walk-in closet for all your storage needs. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
