Welcome to my apartment! A modern apartment located in a new area of Valencia, close to several major attractions such as the City of Arts and Sciences, with easy access to different parts of the city depending on your plans. The building offers a swimming pool (open only during summer months) for your convenience. The acommodation is located in the 11th floor with lift. The apartment features a minimalist and modern design, with all areas comfortably laid out. First, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential utensils. There’s also a washing machine, ideal for longer stays. Next, you’ll enter the living-dining area, which includes a dining table for three and a comfortable sofa. In front of it, you’ll find a SMART TV, and to the side, access to a terrace with incredible city views — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and Valencia’s wonderful weather. The bedroom includes a double bed with fresh linens and towels, followed by a full bathroom with a shower and complimentary amenities provided for the first days of your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This property is for temporary rental only — not available for tourist stays. To complete your booking, signing a temporary rental agreement and providing proof of purpose of stay is mandatory. After booking, you will receive the contract to sign; without a signed agreement, the reservation will be canceled without refund. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form is completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

Bardzo ładny, nowoczesny apartament. Wszystko było całkiem nowe. Nazaret nie jest najlepszą dzielnicą, ale budynek znajduje się bardzo blisko parku Turia i Miasta Sztuki i Nauki (10–15 minut pieszo).
