Bright mid-term rental apartment in Valencia with an excellent location and connections. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a TV, a full bathroom, and three double bedrooms with bed linen provided. It includes a large interior terrace with a laundry area.

Welcome to my apartment! Bright and cozy apartment very well located in an urban area with excellent connections, either on foot or by transport, to the center of Valencia and its main points of interest. This apartment is designed with all areas comfortably distributed. First, you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need: fridge, oven, coffee maker, kettle, as well as essential cutlery and utensils. Next, you will find 2 of the 3 double bedrooms that this apartment features. All of them are provided with bed linen for immediate use. The living-dining room features a dining table and a comfortable sofa. Opposite it, you will find the television. The laundry area is located on the large interior terrace along with a storage area for cleaning supplies. Finally, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, complete with all the necessary amenities. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: this apartment is for mid-term rental – Not available for stays with tourist purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After finalizing the booking, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signature of the contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Please keep in mind that this is a private home, so we kindly ask you to take care of it as if it were your own.

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form is completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

Wszystko było super. Lokalizacja była świetna – 5 minut do stacji metra. Wszystko było czyste, a Wi-Fi działało bez zarzutu.
