Welcome to my home! A modern apartment among some of the city's finest neoclassical buildings. My home is situated right in the centre of Paris and is ideal for families or a group of friends. Just steps away from Place d'Italie and near by the 5th touristic arrondissement, this modern apartment is fully furnished with all the modern amenities expected for a comfortable stay. These include an open living concept with a flat-screen TV, comfortable seating and a dining table that can fit until 8 people. A fully-equipped kitchen with an induction hob -- please feel free and enjoy the complimentary tea and Nespresso pods available as well. The master bedroom comes with a double-sized bed and a private washbasin, while the secondary room has two single beds. The third room has a queen size bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed as well for an additional two guests. Hotel quality sheets and linens are also provided. All rooms are located on the courtyard side, you will be able to enjoy silence and also the curtains and the shutters will provide the darkness needed for comfortable nights. The two bathrooms come with either a shower or a tub. Also, you will have 2 separated toilets -- fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided at your convenience. WIFI very fast (optical fiber) My home will be cleaned and sanitised before your arrival. Enjoy!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
