Plus, the Place Monge metro station is just a 7-minute walk away. Please note that this apartment is available for mobility leases only.

Welcome to my studio! Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, this charming 27m² studio is tastefully decorated and close to Paris's main attractions, such as the Panthéon. The studio features an open-plan layout (living area, dining area, and kitchen). The living space includes a comfortable double bed (140 x 200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. There is also a dining area where you can enjoy meals with your loved ones. The bathroom includes all the essentials for your comfort, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. Just come and enjoy!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
